After more than 21 years as headteacher of Forefield Junior School, Mr Naylor celebrated his retirement with a 'street party'. Chairs and tables were moved from the classrooms and out onto the playground. With music, party food, balloons and bunting, this really was a party to remember. While the children ate, Mr Naylor walked along each row high-fiving each and every child.

On behalf of the whole school, members of the school council gave thank-you speeches and presented Mr Naylor with a series of awards for his many achievements over the years.
