Class Assemblies

3C - 'Heroes' - Children in Miss Cain's class tell us about their real-life heroes.
3D - 'There's Something Under the Bed!' - Mrs Dower's class tells the tale of a boy who wakes in the night to find himself in the Land of Nod - a place where dreams are made.
3S - 'We All Make Mistakes' - The children in Mr Shannon's class show us how we can learn from our mistakes and make the best of a bad situation.
4M - 'The Romans' - Children in Miss Mawdsely's class share what they have learned about the Ancient Romans in their History lessons.
4S - 'Feelings' - Mrs Schwartz's class explores feelings through the story of the sons of Jacob.
4W - 'We Are All Special' - Children in Miss Gerrard's class celebrate the talents and skills that make us all unique.
5E - 'Wonka Tours' - Mrs Hill's class retells the story of 'Charlie & the Chocolate Factory'
5H - 'Our Circle of Friends' - Pupil in Miss Hedges's class teach us about the importance of friendship.
5M - 'Harvest' - Miss Morgan's class leads our Harvest celebrations with a presentation of the tale of 'The Gingerbread Man'.

Themed Days

Tudor Day - Pupils in Year 5 learn about King Henry VIII through drama and dance.
Egyptian Day - Year 3 pupils enjoy an interactive workshop about Ancient Egypt.
Victorian Day - Staff and pupils in Year 6 spend a day living as Victorians.
World Book Day - Staff and pupils dress as favourite book characters.
Caribbean Day - Year 5 enjoys a day of tropical-themed activities as part of their St Lucia topic.
Islam Day - Pupils in Year 5 explore various aspects of the Islamic faith.

Educational Visits

Quarry Bank Mill - Year 6 visits one of the best preserved textile mills of the Industrial Revolution. Ambleside - Pupils in Year 6 enjoy a 5-day residential visit to the Lake District.
Another Place - Year 4 classes visit Crosby Beach to view the world-famous art installation.
Bridgewater Hall - Our musicians enjoy an interactive concert led by the Halleé Orchestra.

Performances

Follow That Star - Members of our choir tell the story of the Nativity through narrative and song.
Stable Manners - Our Lower Junior Drama Club performs for parents, friends and members of the local community.
Charity Concert at Stamps - Young musicians perform in aid of CLIC Sargent, the UK's leading children's cancer charity.
Year 6 Leavers' Celebration -Take your seats for 'Forefield's Got Talent for the Royal Variety Live on a Monday Night at the Palladium'

Other Events

Christmas Parties - Pupils celebrate Christmas with music, fun and games at their parties.
Family Maths Challenge - Pupils and their families enjoy investigations, puzzles and mathematical brainteasers.
Speed Awareness - Pupils in Year 6 share their road safety message on Brownmoor Lane.
Sports Afternoons - Teams of children participate in a range of sporting and athletic activities in the Lower Junior and Upper Junior events.
