Year 5 Tudor Morning
at Merchant Taylors' Girls School

As part of their History topic on the Kings and Queens of Britain, Year 5 pupils visited Merchant Taylors' Girls School. The oldest part of the school was built during the Tudor period.

During the morning, the children learned about the history of the school and the surrounding area. They also dressed up as Tudor kings, queens and courtiers, and had their photographs taken in the school's 'green room'. Tudor backgrounds were then added to the pictures.
