Year 6 Visit to Quarry Bank Mill
Following on from their Victorian Day in school, Year 6 took a trip to Quarry Bank Mill in Cheshire. While they were there, our pupils learned how children would have lived, working as apprentices in the cotton mill. They also saw how changes in technology transformed working practices during the Industrial Revolution.
